While this means saying goodbye to group pole & aerial sessions, it also marks the beginning of a journey focused entirely on personalised fitness experiences tailored to your individual needs.
Our decision to make this change comes after careful consideration of the incredible journey we’ve shared together. From our humble beginnings to becoming a vibrant hub for pole and aerial fitness enthusiasts, PPF has always been driven by passion and dedication. And now, it’s time to take that passion to new heights.
With PPF Coaching, you can expect a level of personalised attention and guidance unmatched by group classes. Whether you’re aiming to master a new trick, build strength, or overcome a specific challenge, our personalised approach ensures that every session is tailored to your unique goals.
But that’s not all! For those who enjoy self-directed practice, we’re excited to offer the opportunity to hire our top-notch apparatus for solo sessions. This means you can continue honing your skills at your own pace while enjoying access to our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.
