Aerial Slings
This new class is an interesting Aerial art that is relativly new to the UK.
Also known as Aerial Hammock or Aerial Swings, it is a great introduction to Aerial Fitness, providing excellent support whilst you concentrate on getting your body in the correct place.
Aerial Slings has many possibilities, the classes incorporate rolls, flowing transitions and combinations to aerial drops. But do not worry as our structured syllabus will guide you through safely.
As with most of the aerial apparatus, your core is the focus whilst moving through the Aerial Slings, helping to improve both posture and stability. This class is fantastic aerial skill and will give you a great work out!

What is best to wear?
- Long sleeves to prevent friction burns.
- Covered legs (Leggings) are good to prevent friction burns.
- Clothes must be form-fitting to prevent them from getting tangled in the slings.
- No jewellery is to be worn or anything that can get caught on the sling.
- All hair to be tied back (To prevent being caught / tangled).
Tips for making the most of your classes
- Avoid upper body workouts the day before class.
- Get enough sleep the night before.
- Eat something 60 to 90 minutes prior to class.
- Drink plenty of water before, during, and after class. Bring a water bottle.
